ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES 2014/2015

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 10 – 06 RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NON-ELECTIVE OFFICE OF CITY ENGINEER.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF WINDY HILLS, KENTUCKY:

Section 1.       Ordinance No 10-06 approved June 14, 2010 relating to the establishment of the non-elective office of City Engineer is hereby repealed.

Section 2.       This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
