In the Fall of 2019, the City began a comprehensive review of all Windy Hills, Metro Louisville, and State Ordinances which pertain to the maintenance of Lawns, Planting/Growth, Residences, and Other Structures. At the completion of that study, the City Council passed Resolution #1, Series 2019-2020.
The purpose of this resolution establishes City expectations for our Residents to maintain their properties in accordance with all appropriate codes and regulations governing them from Windy Hills, Metro Louisville, and the State of Kentucky, thereby preserving the integrity, beauty, and property values for the entire City.
